Geez Louise….

I’ve been getting spammed like crazy and have been filtering through dozens of bad posts to try and find good posts.

As much as I hate to do it, I’m going to have to turn off comments.

I really wanted this to be an interactive type of blog, but it seems that I will just have to encourage interaction via my email list.

Well, after 10 Weeks of the Five Rites:

174 lbs

24% Body Fat

A reduction in all areas, so that is cool.

I plan to post some “After” pics soon, but life has been SO busy over here.
