Well guys,
It is Week 10 of the Five Tibetan Rites Project, and this is only the halfway point.
At this time, I am at the full 21 Repetitions as prescribed in The Eye Of Revelation.
Again, the Five Tibetan Rites are pretty much my sole exercise (aside from walking and the rare jog).
I have lost some weight and improved my body fat measurements mildly.
I have NOT followed the dietary suggestions as well as I should though. This I plan to do going forward.
After Week 10 of the Five Tibetan Rites Project, I’ll begin adding a second session of the Five Rites. Starting at 3 Reps in the 2nd session and moving up to 21 by Week 20.
It is at that point that I should have some pretty amazing results.
I will post my Week 10 progress report after the week is over.
Also, I’ll be posting soon for Five Rites “Frequently Asked Questions”.
There will actually be a Video Series to answer those questions. The FAQ videos will only be available to Five Tibetan Rites Project subscribers.
