Many of the folks practicing or just investigating the possibility of Youthing are usually curious on whether or not they can really slow down or even reverse aging.
A classmate of mine came across the old pic on the left and several people commented that I look younger now than then.
The pic on the right is one I took 4 days ago and posted on Facebook. One of my old employees said “You look 19!”
Very flattering, but it got me thinking that others need to see this.
People need to see that it’s possible at any age.
So, my goal is to begin highlighting and interviewing others that have turned back the hands of time in a Major way.
Hopefully, we can encourage more and more people to stick to the Five Rites and the eating habits and other practices.
The key is that there are Best Practices for Best Results.

Recently, as I was looking at some marketing pieces, I came across an interesting product that claims to cure baldness over time using a topical cream.
This intrigued me since I was also working on research into Why the Butter Remedy works from the The Eye of Revelation.
So, I went over to the site to snoop around and see if I could discover the Active Ingredient, which turns out to be Hyaluronic Acid.
Immediately, I went into a quick Google search to see if this might be found in our butter.
Sure enough, a scientific article from 1978 confirmed the presence of this substance in milk fat. The Journal is called the Journal of Supramolecular Structure and a link to the summary can be found here.
Interesting find and a possible factor on why the Butter massage helps with hair growth in conjunction with the Five Tibetan Rites.
The Five Rites and Butter are a much cheaper option (not to mention how fit you’ll look with your new head of hair!)
The Five Tibetan Rites are spectacular and anyone that has tried them can attest to their effectiveness.
Done properly, they truly provide a boost in energy and vitality.
The question is…Why???
Let us undertake an adventure to shed some light on that question.
Today we start with Rite 1. The spinning Rite. If you aren’t familiar with how it is performed, you can still get the free ebook.
Now, Rite 1 is said to get all the mysterious ‘vortexes’ running..
Let’s look to demystify this a bit and peel back what could be going on at a measureable level.
Here are a few things that appear to be going on:
As people age, some of them experience issues with their equilibrium.
Their are high rates of hip fractures and other serious injuries in elderly people caused due to a lack of balance.
Here is an excerpt from Wikipedia on balance:
“ Equilibrioception or sense of balance is one of the physiological senses. It helps prevent humans and animals from falling over when walking or standing still. Balance is the result of a number of body systems working together: the eyes (visual system), ears (vestibular system) and the body’s sense of where it is in space (proprioception) ideally need to be intact. The vestibular system, the region of the inner ear where three semicircular canals converge, works with the visual system to keep objects in focus when the head is moving. This is called the vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR). The balance system works with the visual and skeletal systems (the muscles and joints and their sensors) to maintain orientation or balance. Visual signals sent to the brain about the body’s position in relation to its surroundings are processed by the brain and compared to information from the vestibular, visual and skeletal systems.”
Part of my hypothesis is that Rite 1 effects the fluid balance in the inner ear, the visual system, and the skeletal system through its spinning motion.
Those systems are thrown into a temporary state of stress or imbalance and the body learns the compensate and return to balance.
This is done slow at first and as the body adapts, the Rite is increased in number and speed
This ‘controlled acute imbalance training’ on a daily basis allows the body to restore a steady state of physical equilibrium.
An analogy could be made with vaccines (I won’t give my opinion on these here).
With vaccines, the theory is that when the body is exposed to an acute threat (the injected virus), it will fight to overcome it and become stronger the next time it is encountered.
In comparison, each time Rite 1 is performed, there is a temporary imbalance from the spinning and, over time, the body gets more and more efficient at remaining balanced.
In a future post, we’ll dig deeper into other effects of Rite 1 to unravel the mystery of The Five Tibetan Rites.
